the real tragedy is … the real tragedy is that this song was co-opted by the record label to use a bass drum and a snare with the trap off set with an echo instead of the unique double tom-tom as it was originally recorded. The troubadour ants used nineteenth century military drums as would a military regiment on campaign. This created a strange hollow reverberation which gave a nice ring to the endeavor.
